Whale Watching Tour Preparation
Very few places on earth provide better scenery and opportunities to view whales than the Juan de Fuca Strait located off of the South end of Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. With three resident killer whale pods often located only 30 minutes to an hour away from the capital of British Columbia, Victoria provides an unbelievably convenient location for whale watching tours. Prince of Whales Whale Watching is the largest and safest whale watching tour company in Victoria, BC. Our fleet of Coast Guard approved inflatables are designed for your comfort and safety. What to ExpectAll of our tours are 3 hours long to provide the maximum experience for your investment. Our tours run from late April to late September or early October. When you are preparing for a tour with us you should understand that because we live on the rugged West Coast there is a very real chance of rain and or sea spray. Prepare for this by not bringing anything that you cannot quickly protect from the elements. Our Vessels
Note: If you request an inflatable with a toilet you should know that the facilities are open-air and not necessarily the most private. We recommend them only for emergencies. If you have any special requirements or medical conditions then we recommend that you consider the Cabin Cruisers. Cabin Cruisers
